It is believed to be a Scout class figure and also to be Scrapper, the lead forklift drone from the Transformers Movie Game (although some say that this certain figure is called Dirt Boss). The character was one of the only lead drones not made along with Mixmaster. Secondly, Taobao seller, EasyNet, has suggested that the previously announced Peugeot 9009 figure's name is not Dead End but Detour. There is still no confirmation of this though and so anything goes at the moment.
Finaly, another new Scout class figure has been revealed! This guy's name is Knockout and his alt mode is a motorcycle. Unfortunatly, there is no coloured picture of robot mode, but this bit will be updated if there is:

Scrapper looks awesome! Dead End/Detour looks awesome! Knockout looks awesome! Knockout to me looks like and Autobot if you look carefully at his chest.
