S250 has confirmed that Transformers:Animated will indeed end after the Season 3 finale. There was a planned Season 4 but too many plots connections were cut out of Season 3. Also, the character who will die and stay dead has been revealed. This is some major spoiler, and so has been confined to our Forums under Cartoon Discussion, "Death of a Hero". There is a consolation though as S250 hints at a possible new Series coming out after Revenge of The Fallen.
It was good while it lasted, but I guess now is the time to go...
