Although I will not be getting this, in my mind Captain Fanzone is one of the more decent humans in Animated. If you like these human figures, definate buy!

Walmart Launches ROTF Sub-Site!

Walmart on it's website now has a Transformers: Take Home a Hero section. This will have a video added each week presumably based on TF2. The first two videos up there is just some filming from day one and how they create the visual effects. You have to have a code from buying a Transformers DVD with a specified item... luckily, TFW2005 was kind enougth to give us a code. Transformers 2007 Movie is FINALLY Out on Blu Ray Today in US Retail. Also Out Today in US Retail is The Two Disk DVD Edition with Special Movie Megatron Transforming Case and Regular One Disk Version with Special Optimus Prime Mask. 

If You Didn't Know Transformers was ONLY Out on DVD and HD-DVD During the Big HD-DVD VS Blu Ray Wars which certain movies only came out on certain formats due to Movie Studio Agreements like HD-DVD had with Dreamworks so movies like Transformers Couldn't Come out on Blu-Ray. However due to lack of HD-DVD Sales and the Fact Sony Playstation 3 Supports Blu-Ray the Wars Ended with Blu-Ray Winning and NOW All HD-DVD are available on Blu-Ray instead of just HD-DVD so people can get the Full HD Experience!

The Blu-Ray Edition Of Transformers Comes Loaded with Extras and Features No Format has had Before including Special Menus and Features Available ONLY for the Blu-Ray Edition and you also get the BEST HD Experience for This Amazing Movie. The Blu-Ray Version Retails for $27.99.

The Special Two Disk DVD Version is The Exact Same Version that Came out Last Year with The Transforming Megatron Case Being the Only Difference. Sean Long's Opinion: I have Transformers on DVD and HD-DVD and I just Got it For Blu-Ray since now I have a Playstation 3 to Watch It and it's Simply STUNNING! The Quality is The BEST! Even Better than the HD-DVD Version and the Menus are so Cool! I Feel Like I'm Buying it again for the First Time! As for the DVD Versions if you don't own a Blu-Ray player and Transformers 2007 Movie than Pick either of these up but I'm sure if you are a Transformers Fan you already have a copy :)

Animated Activators Wave 2 At US Retail.

Transformers Animated Activators Wave 2 that consist of Animated Optimus Prime, Ratchet, and Lockdown are Now on Shelves at US Retail for $7.99 at Target in Sacramento, CA.(also spotted at a super wal-mart in las vegas) These guys are Mini Versions of their Deluxe and Voyage Counterparts with a Quick, Push Button, Spring Loaded Activated Transformation. These guys have awesome articulation and detail and bigger than Legend Sizes.

Sean Long's Opinion: These Guys Are The BEST! They Are Very Fun with The Spring Loaded Transformation and Have AMAZING Articulation. The Activators even have better articulation then their Deluxe and Voyager Counterparts. I Recommend Optimus The Most out of Wave 2 just like I Recommend Starscream out of Wave 1.

Patrick: I don't have these guys but based on the bumblebee activator I got I'm very impressed. if I don't get prime im definitely getting Megatron and Grimlock. I've noticed there actually better painted than the actually figure your paying $10+dollars for.

Really disappointed about the Costco exclusive, can't get it now. >:( Oh well. Skipping on that pack then, unfortunately. Also skipping on the new screen battles. The 1st Movie Line has been around longer than it should have. IMO: Should have ditched the movie line after the 1st Allspark Wave, and revive the line when TF2 came out. Universe 5 Pack sounds interesting, but I'll have to wait and see about that.

Transformers Animated Wave 4 Deluxe Figures Spotted Across the U.S.

Transformers Animated Wave 4 Deluxe Class figures have been found at U.S. retail. Wave 4 consists of Deluxe Sentinel Prime, Elite Guard Bumblebee, and Swoop. It is unknown where the sightings have originated from, all that has been said is that they have been spotted in several WalMart's across the nation.

I AM TOTALLY excited about this GREAT news. I m dying to complete my Elite guard and Dinobot coleection (Animated wise). I have been looking forward to the Animated Sentinel Prime figure ever since I saw Nightslash2020's review on the figure. And I have been craving the Animated Deluxe Dinobot Swoop figure, ever since I had seen Vange1us review of the figure. Both figures look very neat, and are definite MUST haves for yor collection. And about the Elite Guard Bumblebee figure, what a DUMB idea. Bumblebee never even made it into the Elite Guard, so I don't understand what could have possibly drove Hasbro to do this.

Patrick: holy cow, the wave 3 deluxe's like just hit my shelves a week and a half ago. Well anyways Im really really really excited for swoop there, he looks ultra bad ass.

Hasbro Shines light on Voyager Repaints and Deluxes.

If you remember the repaints of Voyager class Optimus Prime and Megatron along with pictures of FB Jazz and Bonecrusher, the news has been released of what exactly these are. They are gong to be Target exclusive Screen Battles (like First Encounter and the Capture of Bumblebee). The first is Freeway Brawl which contains Optimus and Bonecrusher, the second is Battle Over Mission City, which contains the other two. It is unknown at the time whether human miniatures will be included. The price could range from $19.99 to $29.99

If you missed out on Bonecrusher like myself, get Freeway Brawl. If I were American, the other set would be appealing for stopmotion since you get FB Jazz, and the 'Fire' Megatron could be him being destroyed by the Allspark. I would think this set is going to be $29.99 though, since your getting a voyager and a deluxe rather than two deluxes or a deluxe with miniatures.
