His name is unknown, his size is either Deluxe or Voyager, no robot mode pictures as of yet, no release date, and no news as to what is happening with this individual and gift set release of Devastator.

EDIT: Seibertron has confirmed that this guy does indeed have his own robot mode and is not one of the non-robot mode Ttansformers previously reported.
I rate him strange looking.... But actually now that I think about it, can you see a way how this can be transformed? I reckon this might be part of the non-transforming set.
