TF08 has posted one image of Henkei and Universe Ratchet along with Universe Hot Shot. This gives us our first proper look of the differences between the two Ratchets:
Henkei Ratchet is due out by the end of this month, while the two Universe's are due out March.

Still no signs of Universe Hot Shot having weapons, so I am starting to lean over to Henkei. Henkei Ratchet way out does Universe! HENKEI RULES!
