TF08 has given us a picture of the apparent REAL transformation of Safeguard after the Entertainment Earth incident. For those who don't know, Safeguard is the combined mode of two new figures coming out, Jetfire and Jetstorm:
He has fists! Definitely picking this up since this whole mis-transformation thing has been solved!
